Most activities at our library are sponsored by The Mayville Library Association, an informal group of library supporters. They organize and run our annual booksale (oldest library booksale in Chautauqua County) for three days each July. The money raised is used to provide such things as Preschool Storytime and our Summer Reading Program.
Other Association projects include the publishing of local history books by village historian Devon Taylor and the purchase of family orientated videos for the library.
